The above pages are also directly linked to from
the bottom of the home page giving them all a link depth of 1.
They are all listed in the xml sitemap for indexing by Google and other
search engines.
External links are limited to 50 per page to maximise their value to
linking partners.
I start putting links on a new page when the previous page is full,
but all are equivalent in the eyes of search engines. There's no
benefit to being on earlier pages.
